What individual coaching looks like in practice.

Different starting points. Different goals. Each plan built around what that person needed to progress.

Individual results vary with starting point, adherence, training history and timeframe.

Good coaching isn't more complicated. It's more considered.

You do not need complexity for the sake of it. You need the right plan, the reason behind it and a coach paying enough attention to know when it needs to change.

Your body, training history, lifestyle and response create the context. That context shapes every decision—from exercise selection and progression to nutrition, recovery and execution.

“The plan is individual. The reasoning is clear. The decisions keep moving you forward.”

A coaching system that keeps thinking.

The plan should never become background noise. We keep looking, learning and refining—without changing things just to look busy.

01

Understand

We start with your training history, structure, schedule, preferences, recovery and the problem you actually want solved.

02

Design

Your training and nutrition are built around that context—not around what happens to be popular or convenient to prescribe.

03

Observe

Performance, execution, feedback, recovery and real-life adherence show us what is working and what needs attention.

04

Adapt

We solve the limiting problem, make the smallest useful change and keep the reasoning clear so the plan evolves with you.

Where detail matters

Small details matter most when the basics are already in place.

01

Movement & biomechanics

Exercise selection, setup, stability and intent affect what your program actually produces—not just what it says on paper.

02

Recovery & response

Performance, fatigue, appetite, sleep and rate of progress tell us whether the overall training demand fits the person.

03

Real-life fit

A theoretically perfect plan is useless if it ignores your schedule, preferences, stress and ability to execute it.

One service. Every important piece connected.

Training and nutrition should not live in separate worlds. Your coaching brings the full picture together and gives you one clear direction.

01

Training

Individual programming, exercise selection, progression strategy and technique guidance built around your experience and equipment.

02

Nutrition

A goal-specific nutrition strategy that respects your preferences, appetite, routine and response—then adjusts when the evidence says it should.

03

Feedback

A structured weekly check-in with a personalised 5–8 minute feedback video, clear priorities and informed adjustments.

04

Support

Weekday messaging and up to two technique reviews each week, with the reasoning behind every decision explained clearly.

“Tye is hands down the best posing coach there is. He genuinely takes his time to teach you properly, breaking everything down so it actually makes sense, no matter your experience level. He guides you through each pose in a really easy going, supportive way and makes the whole process feel comfortable instead of intimidating. You can tell he actually cares about your progress and wants you to look your absolute best on stage. Could not recommend him highly enough to anyone serious about improving their posing.”

And again, you’re a fucking legend. Better explanation and plan than I’ve had from any physio.

Standalone service

Posing that presents your physique—not someone else's.

Individual coaching for competitors who want sharper positions, cleaner transitions and a presentation built around their structure, strengths and division.

I coach the way I would want to be coached.

I'm Tye Saus—a competitive bodybuilder, posing coach, Diploma in Nutrition graduate and a student in UWA's combined Sport & Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology pathway.

I care about understanding why something works, not repeating a rule because it is familiar. That carries into my coaching: I ask better questions, look closely at the full situation, explain my decisions and stay involved when a problem needs solving.

My job is not to make coaching feel mysterious. It is to give you a clear direction, notice what matters and help you execute with confidence.

Before you apply.

The useful questions, answered plainly. If yours is not here, send me a message.

Do I need to be an advanced lifter?

No. Serious does not mean elite. It means you care about progressing, are prepared to communicate and want more than a generic set of instructions.

What does the 16-week commitment mean?

Sixteen weeks gives us enough time to understand your starting point, establish useful data, make informed adjustments and create measurable momentum. Coaching can continue after the initial term.

How do check-ins work?

You complete a structured weekly check-in covering performance, nutrition, recovery, body-composition data and any problems that came up. I review it, respond with clear feedback and update the plan where needed.

Can I book posing without online coaching?

Yes. Posing sessions are available as a standalone service for competitors who want individual feedback on presentation, transitions and how to display their physique.

What happens after I apply?

I will review your situation and goals, then get in touch to make sure the service is the right fit before any commitment is made.

Ready when you are

You bring the effort. I'll make sure it has direction.

Tell me where you are, where you want to go and what has been getting in the way.
